Cannabis ballot questions for S.D.


Fast City, S.D. (KEVN) – Twelve states and the District of Columbia have legalized cannabis, with a further 33 and D.C. permitting a variety of forms of health care use, and this 12 months, the South Dakota ballot is asking two cannabis-associated inquiries.
