The adult men were being arrested late on Saturday evening (September 5) on suspicion of possession with intent to provide cannabis.
Task force officers busted the guys following they stopped a car or truck in the city centre at about midnight.
After searching the gentlemen and the auto, officers discovered vacuum-sealed packets of hashish in US packaging. Officers also uncovered packets of a material believed to be crack cocaine and a wallet stuffed with cash.
In accordance to the packaging, the weed is from California where by it has been legal for leisure use due to the fact 2016.

The two guys, from Chorley, were arrested, taken into custody and their motor vehicle seized while a full investigation normally takes area.
A law enforcement spokesman reported: “Two local males had been arrested in Chorley late evening on 05/09/2020 by Activity Pressure officers for the offence of Possession with Intent to Offer Cannabis.
“The cannabis observed by officers is considered to be imported from The united states.
“Along with the cannabis, a big amount of dollars and what is thought to be crack cocaine was also recovered.
“The auto employed by the duo was also seized as section of the investigation.”
